Digital tools Workshop

Present and future team members discussing work strategies and methods.

The core research team (Zeynep Aksöz, Ben James, Daniela Kröhnert, Andrea Rossi and Lukas Allner + Christoph Kaltenbrunner) met for a 3 day session to refine work methods for the ongoing research. The focus was the correlation between discrete programming techniques and machine learning processes to develop reconfigurable design and construction systems for spatial assemblies from repurposed artifacts (waste materials).

Based on the strategy outlined in the project proposal, key aspects, criteria and goals were mapped and clarified.

Based on material-research so far and in continuation of investigations from the previous project, bike-frames were chosen as a source material for the first project cycle.
